Process for bright annealing of stainless steel object

1 ) Elimination of hardening obtain satisfactory microstructure
Bright annealing furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of stainless steel coils finished in a protective atmosphere . When using the performance requirements are not the same time, bright annealed microstructure after the request is different , bright heat treatment process is also different.
A typical 300 series austenitic stainless steel heat treatment process is the solution treatment . In the heating process, to carbide dissolved in austenite , and heated to 1050 ~ 1150 ℃, appropriate heat for a short time , all dissolved carbides in the austenite , and then rapidly cooled to below 350 ℃, i.e. a supersaturated solid solution to obtain a uniform unidirectional austenite. The key to this is the rapid cooling of the heat 430 stainless steel coil , the cooling rate required to reach 55 ℃ / s, fast after solution by re- precipitation of carbides temperature zone (550 ~ 850 ℃). Holding time to be as short as possible , otherwise the coarse grains , the impact of surface finish.
